Rental Requirements
Due to our liquor license restrictions, you may not bring your own or any outside liquor on to the premises. We can provide a full bar as needed for your event.
Rules & Regulations
No amplified performance after 10pm.
Cancellation Policy
50% deposit required for booking to hold your date. Remainder due one week before event date. Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before event date.

Located in Seattle’s vibrant Chinatown–International District, Theatre Off Jackson is a historic performance venue designed for live events.
