Rental Requirements
Due to our liquor license restrictions, you may not bring your own or any outside liquor on to the premises. We can provide a full bar as needed for your event.
Rules & Regulations
No amplified performance or loud noises after 10pm.
Cancellation Policy
50% deposit required for booking to hold your date. Remainder due one week before event date. Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before event date.

The Building
Located in Seattle’s vibrant Chinatown–International District, Theatre Off Jackson is a historic performance venue designed for live events. With two distinct spaces, built-in theatrical infrastructure, and flexible layouts, TOJ hosts everything from weddings and concerts to performances, fundraisers, workshops, and community gatherings.
Our venue combines the atmosphere of a historic theatre with the accessibility of a city-central location—steps from public transit and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and parking.
