Shared kitchenette & bathroom with utility sink close by, just down the hall.
Fine artists/visual artists; work space only, (not live/work). Not suited for toxic, dusty or noisy work, or industrial-types of production work.
One of the studios nearby is an airbnb room, and we have quiet hours from 10pm till 9am.
1 year lease with last month’s rent deposit and $200 key deposit
Parking in this neighborhood is expensive during the day, free at night. It’s a great location for public transportation - just 1 block from the light rail Chinatown/ID stop, street car, many bus routes, and a short walk to ferries. Also please note there is a long flight of stairs to get up to our floor, and no elevator.
If you’re interested please reply via email by clicking on “contact this space” in the green bar at the top of the screen. PLEASE include a link to your artwork, and/or some info about the type of work you would be doing in the space, (type of materials etc).
