The Space
With 570 seats, state of the art A/V capabilities, and a stylish lobby, SIFF Cinema Downtown is a historic venue as only one of two operating theaters in the world with the capabilities of screening three-strip Cinerama films.
The lobby and wings of the building can be tailored to host receptions, and the full service kitchen serves as a staging area for caterers.

The Building
SIFF Cinema Egyptian: One screen. Built in 1915. The Egyptian Theatre is located on Capitol Hill near Downtown Seattle and features a wide array of independent film, foreign language cinema, documentaries and restored classics.
Founded in 1976, SIFF is Seattleās leading year-round film organization that brings the best in international and independent film to the Seattle area with the Seattle International Film Festival, SIFF Cinema, and SIFF Education.
Parking
$5 parking available at Seattle Central College Harvard Parking Garage, located across the street from the Egyptian at 1609 Harvard Ave.
$5 rate is available weekdays after 2.30pm, and all day on Sunday and holidays. The rate increases to $10 after 4pm on Saturdays.
Prices are subject to change for special events and without notice at the discretion of SCC.
