Rental Requirements

Liability insurance is required for public events. A Facilities Coordinator must be hired from the church for any event with more than 50 people present.

Rules & Regulations

No blocking of hallways, stairwells, or doorways.
No defacing church property.  This includes no drawing on walls (inside or out) or posting signs and flyers without permission from the Church Administrator.
No smoking inside the building or within 30 feet of any doorway.
No congregating within 30 feet of the 10th Ave door. 
Please remember to clean up waste and place it in the proper receptacles.
Reset room to its original configuration when leaving.
Alcohol allowed to be served includes beer and wine, assuming proper license has been obtained through Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure the space. Cancelling within one month of event will forfeit damage deposit.

Centrally located at the corner of Broadway and East Republican in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle, All Pilgrims Christian Church offers non-profit and community groups comfortable and affordable spaces for meetings and events, concerts, and special occasions such as weddings, commitment ceremonies, receptions, parties, memorial services, or other events.

From meditation groups, to association meetings, to one-time training events and more, groups of all kinds have found All Pilgrims to be a welcoming setting for shared work, discussion, learning, and socializing.

Amenities of the building include:
Parking options include paid lots in the immediate area, as well as the Broadway Market parking garage below the QFC supermarket (entrance on E. Harrison Street). Limited street parking is available.

• Our catering-friendly kitchen is equipped with commercial gas stoves/ovens as well as a convection oven, and is convenient to all ground-floor meeting spaces. The kitchen can conveniently accommodate buffet lines.
• Wi-Fi Access is available and coverage is very strong throughout the building.
• Chairs, rectangular and circular tables are available.
• Projection equipment and screens, microphones, and amplification equipment are available for an additional fee.

We offer disabled access to our sanctuary, reception hall, and other main-floor rooms.

Hours

Church Office open Mondays and Thursdays from 8 am - 5 pm, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 am - 5:30 pm. The Church Office is closed on Tuesdays and weekends. The office may also be closed around holidays.
The building is available for use Monday-Saturday from 8 am - 10 pm. Restricted hours are offered on Sundays.
