We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The Space
This unique 1400sq photography/video studio, creative work space, and
gallery is located in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle.
Initially, this space was used to work only on my personal art projects
and photos but a couple months ago I decided to open it up to the
public. In your convenience, there is plenty of free street parking
outside and if you’re coming the from the downtown or Capitol Hill area
there is a 60 bus stop right out front.
We offer two rooms for shooting. One larger room that features our
very popular artificially greenery wall and a smaller room that features
our seamless backdrops. We have 2 soft box lighting kits available for
the guests to use if needed. Guests are also welcome to shoot anywhere
in the studio including our hallway, staircase and entrance.
I wanted to create a unique space for professionals but also keep
it affordable for the starving artist so our rates are only $35/hr for
the whole studio.
Hourly Rental
$35 per hour
Rules & Regulations
- $35/hr shooting photos/video (3 hour minimum)
- Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request
- Sweep and/or clean any mess made
- Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the outdoor dumpster
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required for reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
29-8 calendar days prior to booking start time = half if the deposit will be refunded
7 calendar days or less prior to booking start time = non-refundable
