The Space
We have a newly updated, beautiful yoga studio (a no shoes) environment available for hourly or daily rental. Convenient location, competitive rental rates, and free parking.
We are located on the border of the University District and the Ravenna Neighborhood. With a great merchant grouping (including Herkimer Coffee, Danaca Jewelry Design, University Coop Preschool among others) as well as well as high University District traffic, so visibility is excellent.
The space is 720 square feet, large windows face east with plenty of natural light. It’s a beautiful space with light, new bamboo flooring and an open floor plan make. The studio has a full complement of yoga props, built in music system, restroom, and entry space for client’s shoes and personal belongings.

Rental Requirements
1. You must have both Washington State and Seattle City business licenses
2. You must carry professional liability insurance
3. You must supply three references
4. Minimum six month lease.
