An intimate, versatile room, The Bullitt Cabaret is a lovely space for a wedding, company meeting, reception, or as a performance venue. Customize your event with a dance floor, stage, or projection screen.

ACT thrives within the historic Eagles Auditorium—a beautiful presence in downtown Seattle and home to iconic theatrical, musical, and social movements, past and present. We want to ensure that ACT continues this proud legacy of opening our doors to welcome important moments and community partners who are looking for a space to pursue their mission. To that end, we are proud to announce the official launch of our Venue Scholarship Program. This program provides both full and partial scholarships to best suit a partner's needs. Whether it is a space for a casual group meeting or a dynamic rehearsal, we offer 8 different venues, including 4 theatrical spaces and 4 event spaces. Conference and meeting rooms are also available. Enrollment in the Venue Scholarship Program is open now through December 15th, 2019 with awards going out in mid-January. Rental Requirements

Liability Insurance (1 million dollars coverage minimum) required for events and performances.

ACT Staffing required for events and performances.


Cancellation Policy

A security deposit of 30% of the room rental is required for reservation in addition to full invoice payment prior to event date.

Parking

Our large, historic building is adjacent to the Washington State Convention and Trade Center (WSCTC). The
Convention Center has easy access parking in their garage on 8th Avenue between Pike and Seneca Streets as
well as a covered drop-off area at the Convention Place underpass off of Pike Street.

Security

Security cameras at all entrances. Key card access only when building is locked. Greeter staffing required for all events at the front door.
