The Space
C & P Coffee Company is a great place for parties, receptions, meetingsand other special occasions. Come share in the character and casual comfort of our 1904 craftsman style house with original charm. Our 2,000 square foot space
includes an open coffee bar with wine & beer, back and front patios,
hardwood floors, small stage and the original fireplace. We can accommodate 60+
guests and weather permitting, have two lovely outdoor gardens.

$145 per hour

Rental Requirements
There is a 3 hour minimum rental. Outside catering services are allowed but all beverage purchases must be arranged through C & P.
Rules & Regulations
Most events must conclude by 10pm.
Cancellation Policy
A nonrefundable $50.00 deposit is required to reserve the space.

C & P hosts a variety of events; wine tastings, arts and crafts fairs, weekly live music, poetry readings, and offers this lovely setting for parties, baby showers, meetings and private event rentals. C & P Coffee Company, located at 5612 California Avenue SW in West Seattle, is
a great place for parties, receptions, meetings and other special occasions. Come share in the character and casual comfort of our 1904 craftsman style house. We can accommodate 60+ guests and weather permitting, have a lovely outdoor garden space for larger groups.
The rental rate includes friendly event staff to tend to your guests and best of all, we clean up after you! We will also gladly help
arrange catering, live music and photographers.
