Availability
We have a few hours on specific weeknights and more availability during the weekends and holidays.
The Space
If you can remember your elementary school gym, you could probably picture the gym we have available. This gym was recently remodeled, including a new floor, and wall padding.
Two basketball hoops are setup in this gym, so it’s being used for basketball practice most evenings. We also have clothing sales, art exhibits, birthday parties, concerts, dances, festivals, film productions, laser tag…possibilities are near endless.
Hourly Rental
$30 per hour
Non-profit consideration 20% off with a 501 c-3 proof.
Rental Requirements
We have a rental policy available with any inquiry.
Rules & Regulations
As we share space with a yoga studio, dance company, and a preschool & after school program, we require responsible and respectful renters.
Cancellation Policy
We have a $1000 deposit for most events. Please contact us for specific information

The Building
Set in an old Seattle Public Schools building, Small Faces is the master tenant of the Crown Hill Center with a grant from the city to run it for community events. Having already done so before the grant, Small Faces was happy to accept the grant and carry the torch.
Five tenants reside in the Crown Hill Center: ARC Ballet, Gilbert & Sullivan, Taj Yoga, Honey I’m Home and then Small Faces Child Development Center. Aside from these tenants, we rent three spaces: the Gymnasium and two classrooms.
Hours
Available after 6pm, weekdays and full days weekends. Some nights are pre-booked, so please call in advance.
Parking
Parking on street and limited.
Security
You’ll be given a door code that would only work during the time of your rental.
