The Space
This kind of turnkey opportunitydoesn’t come around often.
Step into a thoughtfully curated
workspace ideal for tattoo artists, massage therapists, and other
appointment-based or creative businesses. The current build-out offers a
polished, functional environment—but you have options, ready for your own vision.
Unlike many units, this space is
already equipped with hot water (most comparable units offer cold water only),
making it especially well-suited for wellness and service-based businesses.
It’s a plug-and-play setup designed to help you move in quickly and start
earning—no delays, no heavy lifting.
The staged photos showcase what’s
possible with a little vision and “chutzpah”—but the next chapter is yours to
define.
