The Space
This has been most used by Audio and Video Production the downstairs workspaces are sound boarded. the upper two spaces are very light with green house sections. I prefer a single tenant or band or small audio video business but am open to single space lease.

Lease of 1 or more years is required. The price is for the whole building of 900 feet. I am open to shared tenancy.

Rules & Regulations
Loud noises outside the building however the lower floor is pretty sound proof. Parking is limited to carport on left The other door is walled in for soundproofing inside. There is public parking at the end of the block but parking may not impinge on the right where the adjoining house tenant keeps their parking space 2 in line. No signeage or street traffic is allowed. This has a 1/2 bath but no occupancy is allowed both by city regs. and our lease contract.
Cancellation Policy
first last month and damage deposit. We have only had one instance of non payment in over 40 years. WE turned it over to a collection company.

The Building
The Venue is a 900 square foot free standing two story building there are two very light and airy spaces with adjoining green house spaces and two work rooms down stairs. This venue was previously leased by people doing audio production or mixing, band practice, and video media production. We are open to leasing the building to multiple tenants. I previously had a small media business in the venue and have retired.
