Availability
Availability is limited in winter, between November and April as the space is used as a Cold Weather Homeless Shelter during that time.
The Space
The Hall is a 1600 square foot space with 12 foot ceilings and hardwood floors. We have high windows for light and ventilation without direct view. Eight 30x72 rectangular and ten 60” round tables and 100 cushion folding chairs come with the space. Other amenities include a PA System for speaking or playing music (bluetooth), an HDMI computer projector and mounted roll down screen a 60 pound capacity auto ice machine and large rolling ice chest, a well equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezed space for food storage while staging.
We do not provide food service or catering on site, so you are welcome to bring in your own food or hire your one catering.
Hourly Rental
$90 per hour

Daily Rental
$600 – $800 per day
Rentals above 8 hours including set up and clean up

Rental Requirements
Renter is responsible for set up and take down/clean up of the facility.
These services can be provided by the Venue at a prearranged fixed price per event.
Rules & Regulations
We are on the edge of a Residential area, so noise level must be kept below 90 db.
You may bring in beer and wine, but must secure a Single Use Banquet Permit for the State Liquor Control via their web site. Beer and wine are for in-hall consumption by the rental guests, and the renter is responsible for controlling access by under age guests. Beverages my be provided to the guests but CANNOT be sold.
Hard alcohol can only be brought in by a state licensed bar catering company. That caterer must also provide enforcement/security personnel to check ID and manage consumption levels.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 Reservation Fee is required to reserve a date. This is nonrefundable if event is cancelled within 30 days.

28x38 Main Hall with 8x14 elevated Stage. Hardwood floors, 12 foot ceiling. Tables and chairs for up to 110 people.
16x24 meeting room, tables and chairs for up to 24 people. Limited on site parking. Street parking usually available.
