It is a 530 sq foot open layout studio space with big windows & tall
ceilings. The studio is on the second floor (no elevators). Divided 3 ways equally. Currently there are two visual artists (painters) and we are seeking a third studio-mate. The open nature of the space allows each artist to have their own sense of space. The studio receives ample natural light during the day & has daylight/florescent lighting for evenings.
