Once a 1930s mom-and-pop grocery store and later a costume rental shop, this mixed-use building in Greenwood is getting a new life as a flexible space for photo and video shoots.
Original fir hardwood floors, exposed brick, and great natural light make this an incredibly unique and flexible space.

Hourly Rental
$20 – $50 per hour
$20 an hour for rehearsals
$30 an hour for fitness classes
$50 an hour for video and film shoots
Daily Rental
$160 – $320 per day
8 hour rental available at a 20% discount
(Applies to the $50/hr commercial rate only)
Subsidized space available (free)
Rules & Regulations
You are welcome to move items around in the space, just put them back where you found them and tidy up after your booking.
***Glass display cabinet cannot be moved
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

Original fir hardwood floors, exposed brick, and great natural light make this an incredibly unique and flexible space. From yoga classes to photo shoots, artist rehearsals to small workshops, we look forward to welcoming you to our space.

Your rental time includes a private bathroom, wifi, speaker with bluetooth, and furniture. Also, shop the house! The “house” side of our home has lots of fun accessories that can be pulled in for your shoot. Please arrange in advance to make sure we are on-site the day of your rental.
Need access to a kitchen? We are open to discussion.
This is not only a rental space, it’s our home. Owners live on premise but you will have private access to the studio space. You may from time to time see a cat paw slide under the door, that’s our cat Oscar trying to say hello!
