Must do your own set up and take down. Required to have a facility monitor @ $15/hour to assist with questions and opening the building.
Cancellation Policy
A refundable deposit of $200 is required and $400 if alcohol offered.

The Building
Sno-Valley Senior Activity Center is in the heart of the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley. We are housed in the beautiful refurbished Odd Fellows Hall in the middle of the City of Carnation, one half block behind City Hall. We serve older adults in the communities of Carnation, Duvall, Monroe, Fall City, Preston, Snoqualmie, North Bend, and other surrounding areas. Our services include fitness classes, hot lunch, social activities and clubs. Our facilities are often used for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, community events, public meetings, memorials, seminars, classes, and more.
We welcome your interest in renting our facility and encourage you to set an appointment to take a tour. Reservations may be made up to eighteen (18) months prior to your desired date.
If renting after hours, a building monitor will welcome you at your scheduled start time and will be in the building during your scheduled rental. This person is available to answer your questions about the building and will help you locate any needed items.
All rooms are fully accessible by ramp or elevator. All rentals include use of 14 round tables, 12 rectangular tables, and 120 folding chairs. There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the building.

Open for older adult programming 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Open for rentals during and after those hours and on weekends.
