Availability
Single points are often avaiable during the day. Whole-space reservations are tougher to come by although weekend evenings and early mornings (before 10) are usually free if we are not putting on a show.

The Space
The Cathedral is our main aerial space and is great for private parties, with or without aerial performance/instruction. Why not consider a group trapeze lesson for your next birthday party or office morale event? You bring the food and drink, we provide the fabulous ambiance and aerial excellence. Rates vary according to the event and number of people, so email us at versatile.arts@gmail.com for a quote.
The Cathedral is also available for aerial rehearsals for $30/hour if you require exclusive use of the space. All participants must fill out a release form and user agreement. Our online calendar shows when the space is available – Cathedral events are shown in purple.
We occasionally rent out the space for shows by other organizations. Contact us if you have a show you’d like to hold at Versatile Arts.
Hourly Rental
$10 – $30 per hour
Exclusive use of the Cathedral for rehearsals is $30/hour. Use of one aerial point for professional training is $10/hour.
Rental rates for performances and workshops is negotiated on a case-by-case basis as a percentage of the income for the event.
Rental Requirements
Renters must be 18 or over.
Rules & Regulations
Use of aerial points and equipment is limited to qualified personnel. Director approval is required, as is a liability release and user agreement by all participants. Studio rental agreement is required for anyone renting the space.

The Building
We are an aerial, dance, and fitness studio with three separate spaces available for rental.
Hours
Our schedule varies widely although we are typically busy with classes on weeknights. The online calendar is kept up-to-date.
Parking
Free parking north of us on Greenwood Ave as well as residential streets in the neighborhood. 2-hour free parking on Greenwood south of us.
Security
Key-code entry system to get in and cameras in all studios.
