The Space
Hall suitable for up to 110 people. Tables and chairs included in rental fee. High ceiling, hardwood floor, double doors for easy access - loading and unloading, ADA accessible. Drop down screen, computer projector, sound system available. 8’x16’ 3 step raised stage at one end. Kitchen with prep area, microwave, coffee maker, warming trays.

Cancellation Policy

The Building
28x36 Main Hall with rectangular and round tables and chairs. Drop down screen, computer projector, and sound system available. Large lobby with rest rooms. Small kitchen and prep area, gas range, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, sterno warming trays.
Hours
Venue is available for rentals from 7:00 am till 1:00 am 7 day a week. Not available (prior long tern rental) Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
Parking
Limited off-street parking. Street parking is good on evenings and weekends when the small businesses are closed.
Public Transportation
On Rapid Ride C Line, bus stop 1 block away. Local bus route 56, 58, 128 also serve the area.
Accessibility
Double front entry doors are flat to the concrete parking area in front. All areas in the building are ADA Accessible.
Security
On-site building management present at all events.
