The Space

The summit room is a secluded and windowed conference room on the second floor of our facility. It features a 10 seat conference table, a built-in projector screen and additional space for up to 10 people to be seated in the room. The space is great for your next board retreat or conference breakout session.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit and a credit card number are required to confirm the reservation within one (1) month of the contract date above.  The remaining amount is due within 10 business days following receipt of the invoice from The Mountaineers.

The Building

Serving as the premier meeting place in Magnuson Park and Northeast Seattle, The Mountaineers Seattle Program Center is a hub for Mountaineers-sponsored activities and community and corporate events for a variety of private and public organizations. The Mountaineers Seattle Program Center’s expanse and versatility lend to its popularity for those holding business conferences, annual meetings, lectures, workshops, film festivals, auctions, and fundraisers. From meetings of 10 persons to festival seating of up to 500, we have the capacity and ability to meet most of your event needs.

Hours

Open to the public Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM. Available for reservations upon request.

Parking

Free onsite parking for 130 vehicles in the immediate building vicinity. Additional 75 - 100 overflow spaces nearby depending on the time of day. Six disabled parking spaces are also available.

Public Transportation

Bus routes 72 and 62 run regularly and stop directly in front of the venue.

There is direct access to the Burke-Gilman bike trail across the street from the venue.

Accessibility

The venue is ADA accessible via a short pathway from the southern parking lot. All auditoriums are ADA accessible.

Security

Security cameras throughout the exterior of the facility.
