The Building

Center on Contemporary Art (CoCA) is a 36 year old arts organization that is currently focused on exhibiting experimental and emerging artists in addition to providing other opportunities such as artist residencies, internships and studio space.

We currently rent studios and workspaces at our archival facility in Greenwood. We have a variety of spaces including desk, semi-private and private studios. There is 24/7 access, spaces may be shared. Please contact us if you’re looking for a place to get creative. We currently have two spaces available. These are best for visual or studio arts such as graphic design or architecture.


Renters have 24/7 access. Work only, no living.


Available street parking.
