The Space
We offer our entire venue for rental.
Our venue features a large open space/dance floor, a stage, a raised mezzanine and an outdoor patio, along with three bar areas. We have seating that is moved/stacked when we are not having a performance. That seating will be available with the venue rental. This includes booths, tables and large, comfortable chairs in our mezzanine, as well as metal barstools in all spaces.
Whole venue rentals would generally be available in the evening for events, but we would be open to daytime rentals (either by the hour, or the full day). If you just want to rent a portion of the venue, please check out our other space listings (main floor, mezzanine and patio).
Daily Rental
$2500 – $8000 per day
Higher rates apply depending on the night of the week, where Fridays & Saturdays are the most expensive and Sundays & Tuesdays are the cheapest. Please email info@nectarlounge.com for venue rental inquiries.

The Building
Nectar Lounge is Seattle’s largest indoor/outdoor live music venue. Our space features a covered outdoor patio, raised mezzanine section, stage, dance floor and three full bars. Nectar presents world music - the genres we feature include folk/Americana, bluegrass, jam, funk, reggae, Latin, hip-hop, electronic and more. We also host a weekly open jam session every Monday night.
In addition to offering live music most nights of the week, we are available for private parties and events. We can make nearly anything happen - just ask!
For the Seattle arts community, we will be available not only for evening events, but for daytime activities and more. We look forward to exploring a variety of ways in which we can work with the vibrant arts community here. In addition to our stage, we have extensive open floor space, both indoors and outdoors.
We are located in the Center of the Universe, Fremont, at 412 N 36th St. We’re surrounded by some of Seattle’s most iconic attractions and beautiful spaces, including the Fremont Troll, the Lenin Statue, Gas Works Park, Fremont Brewing and many restaurants.
Hours
Our hours are flexible for venue/space rentals and private events. We can accommodate you day or night, weekday or weekend, depending on our calendar.
We have staff present Monday-Friday, during the day, generally between 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
We are open for business most weeknights. Our doors generally open between 7:30-8 p.m. before shows and, depending on the length of the show, we’ll remain open until up to 2 a.m.

Parking
Street parking available.
Public Transportation
The 26, 31 and 32 buses run to 34th and Fremont, just up the street from Nectar. The 28 and 40 buses will take you to our block.
Accessibility
Our main floor, main bathrooms and outdoor patio are all ADA accessible.
Security
We have security staff present at all of our shows (generally 1-3 security guards). We can arrange to have security present for your event, if requested, at an additional staffing fee.
