Located in the heart of the Columbia Hillman Arts & Cultural District, SEEDArts Studios helps preserve the South End’s unique identity by blending tradition and modernity, reflecting the neighborhood’s rich history and dynamic future. This creative collective is a cornerstone for building meaningful connections and enriching the city’s cultural fabric.
Each studio has wood laminate flooring, LED lighting, and a window. This studio is 115 sq ft and $450 a month with a shared kitchen space and restrooms with utility sinks. Monthly rent includes utilities, basic wi-fi, and 24-hour access. The studios are located at 5617 Rainier Avenue S, at the intersection of Rainier Ave S and S Orcas in Hillman City.
