Upper Freemont just off Aurora S and 49th St. Close to Market Time and plenty
of upscale and premium casual dining options. Take a mental break, go for a
stroll in the rose garden, go for a run in the park. Come back to your space
and explode with creativity, energy and vision.

• Motor vehicle storage or repair is prohibited

• Washington’s Smoking in Public Places Law (RCW 70.160)
Tobacco and marijuana smoke, it is illegal to smoke within 25 feet of
entrances, exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes of public
buildings to prevent smoke from drifting inside.

6 month commitment, month to month after.
Rental Requirements
• Fill out a paper ActivSpace application in the office with the following information:
o Proof of residency – name and phone number of your landlord.
o Make, model, color, and license plate number of your vehicle.
o Employment information including address, phone number, and estimated monthly income.
o Contact information for an emergency contact.
o Contact information for your nearest relative.
• Provide Driver’s License or Photo ID. We will make a copy in the office.
• Bring a personal check or money order for the application fee (equal to half of the Security Deposit) – it will be credited toward the full security deposit upon approval, refunded if denied.
• Bring or email copies of two different recurring monthly bills
