The Space

Upper Hall (with full stage) and Lower Hall available for rental.

Our classic, restored two-story Arts & Crafts–style building is available for a variety of uses.

Previous renters have included: musical and choral performances; live theater; dances; fundraisers; community events; writers’ workshops; art classes; puppet shows; film screenings; small weddings, commitment ceremonies, small receptions, bat and bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, family reunions, and more.

The Sunset Hill Community Hall is located in a leafy residential area of Ballard with free street parking.

You can view the building by appointment or during a general membership event.

Hourly Rental

$35 – $175 per hour

Rates dependent of day of week and type of rental. Weekly and longer-term rental available, please inquire for details.

1920s Arts and Crafts style building hosting arts and private events. Beautifully restored Upper Hall with full stage and wood floors, perfect for musical performances, theatre, dance and more. We are a neighborhood organization serving the Sunset Hill area of Ballard, supporting local arts.
