The Space

Art spaces available in the iconic OK Hotel in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square. In the 90’s the OK Hotel was where you could see Nirvana, Mudhoney or Soundgarden scream lyrics under the shadow of the Alaskan Way Viaduct, now this same building sits on the newly designed Alaskan way esplanade, just across for a planned waterfront park, surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants.

These studios vary in size from around 150-300 sf, some have sound deadening ( acoustic level music ) some have sinks, some are dry work spaces, but all have access to a shared restroom down the hall.

Prices range from around $490-$900 currently. Shoot me a message and ask questions if you have them. We can take a tour most mornings between 8-10 and afternoons with some planning.

Thanks!

Lex
