The Space

TheSEEDArts Studios in the heart of the Hillman City neighborhood, above the Collabatory on Rainier and S Orcas. These studios are reserved for working artists and creative entrepreneurs. They are work spaces only, as they are not suitable for living quarters.

All studios have a wood laminate floors, windows, and LED daylights. Rents include utilities and basic internet. There is a shared kitchenette and bathrooms with utility sinks.

Monthly Rental

$400 per month

One year lease is required.


Cancellation Policy

A damage deposit equal to one-months rent is required, as well as a $100 key dposit. Both are fully refundable upon move out.

The Building

The SEEDArts Studios are home to 22 artist studios and office spaces for creative enterprise. Located in Hillman City, the SEEDArts Studios are on the top floor of the historic building the houses the Collabatory, a community co-working space and incubator.

SEEDArts is eager to bring together a creative community of artists. Studios have been newly painted, outfitted with new flooring and LED lighting. Studios range from 90 - 240 sq feet with shared kitchen space and restrooms; rents include all utilities and basic Wi-Fi. When leased, we look forward to ongoing gallery exhibits, studios tours and art walks.

Hours

Artists may access their studios 24/7 but they are work space only. Living in the studios is prohibited.

Free on-street parking is abundant.
