This work space is available April 1st located on the 4th floor courtyard facing with high vaulted ceiling.
The space includes a baseboard heat, overhead
light, and a cold water sink. Affordable fit and plenty of space for an
art, hobby or business space.
The space is fully customizable! Put in shelving, flooring, paint the walls, make it your own.
Monthly rent of $375 includes utilities. Internet available through Comcast or Wave at additional cost.
We feature a simple application process and easy rental agreements. Security deposit and first month’s rent moves you in.
