This work space is available now located on the 2nd floor exterior south facing.
The space includes a baseboard heat, overhead
light. Affordable fit and plenty of space for an
art, hobby or business space.
The space is fully customizable! Put in shelving, flooring, paint the walls, make it your own.
Monthly rent of $260 includes utilities. Internet available through Comcast or Astound at additional cost.
We feature a simple application process and easy rental agreements. Security deposit and first month’s rent moves you in.
