Columbia City Church of Hope

3818 S Angeline St, Seattle

The Building

We are a church for the old, young, gay, straight, doubters, believers, fence-sitters, activists, scientists, poets, and slackers. We work to create a radically inclusive space, both in our congregation and with the groups who use our space. We nurture spirituality, build community and work for justice, particularly for those who are systematically denied it: people who experience homelessness, those who identify as LGBTQ+, People of Color, and those who are economically marginalized. We try to live the idea that “All Are Welcome.”

In general, the building is open to use from 8am to 10pm most days, with more limited availability on Sundays.

Street parking is available near our venue.

Public Transportation

3 blocks off of the Route 7 and 9 bus; the closest bus stop is at Rainier Ave S and S Edmunds St.

The main entrance to our upstairs space is accessible via a ramp. Our downstairs space is also accessible via a (slightly steeper) ramp. There are also stairs.

The building has a deadbolt and door lock at the front and office entrance. No security cameras, guards or alarm systems are used in the building.
