The monthly rent is $260 includes utilities. This space has a large window, baseboard heat, overhead fluorescent lighting, and electric outlets. Our spaces are fully customizable—paint it, put up curtains, put in flooring, hang shelving—make the space your own. Restroom is right down the hall and includes a large utility tub sink in addition to the hand washing sink. Internet and PO boxes are available at an extra charge.
