The Building
We are a community-based nonprofit that serves as a voice for issues that affect the Sunset Hill (west Ballard) neighborhood in Seattle. We hold public forums on topics such as zoning, solar energy, rain gardens, oil-train hazards, political races, the PNA Village Program (aging in place), and other relevant issues. Our beautiful 1920s clubhouse is a popular rental venue for weddings and parties. The clubhouse also hosts fun events and classes for all ages and interests. These may include yoga classes, wine and beer tastings, kids’ movie nights and art camps, Weight Watchers meetings, and much more.
